1.Introduction:
HYG-200KV/2mA series Portable ultralight DC high voltage generator is a newly studied, designed and produced high technology DC hipot tester under stardards of ZBF 24003-90, applied for DC hipot tests of zinc oxide surge arresters, magnetic blow arrester, power cables, generators, transformers, switches and other equipments, widely used in electricity sector, power sector industrial enterprises, research institutes, railway, chemical, power plants.
It adopts high frequency doubler circuit, PWM pulse width modulation technology, closed-loop adjustment and voltage feedback to improve voltage stability. It uses high-power IGBT components and drive technology, based on electromagnetic compatibility theory, adopts special shielding, isolation and grounding measures to achieve a high-quality, portable features and to protect equipments from damage when withstanding rated voltage discharging.
This tester uses advanced technology components made by the United States, Germany, Japan and other countries, makes the instrument more reliable and stable. German made multiple voltage cylinder and experts specially designed high-frequency transformer in small size, large capacity, strong overload ability, are more suitable for field operation tests.

- Stable voltage regulation, voltage accuracy higher than 0.1%, error ratio less than 1.0%, ripple factor higher than 0.5%.
- Full electronic protection including negative polarity protection, zero start protection, continuously adjustment protection, over-voltage, over current, zero return, grounding, disconnection protection.
- High precision 75% VDC-1mA function, convenient for MOA measurements.
- Over voltage setting function, digital dial switch clearly display voltage value.
